How do you advertise a show about advertising, on a network that is proudly ad-free?
(Rhetorical question) - by creating blind promos ‘advertising’ fake clients, and running them on the ad-free network, much to the chagrin of the country.

The results were an incensed nation, many awards, and the highest series debut in ABC history.
